For about an hour, the grammar-correcting Chrome browser extension called “Grammarly.” was added to my computer. It was removed, but it was a brutal hour of red lines appearing underneath every other word…

You asked for it, and we did it. A recent office printer purchase was the perfect scenario to do the Mac versus Windows Print Test Page Competition, i.e., to test out the “print test page” function on the Mac and Windows printer system settings. Do they return the same results?
We printed to the Toshiba e-Studio3525AC printer/copier.
The test results are in!
Which do you think is the winner?

In terms of simple color and design, nothing beats Mac. However, in terms of useful information, including website printer location, Windows wins!

I recently brought up a box from the storage room and found old curriculum books, including a number of “Teacher-Created Materials, Inc” technology books. This one is entitled “Writing and Desktop Publishing on the Computer” (TCM#924). It was written by Terry Rosengart (who I actually knew from the DOE).
I think that every computer lab teacher had dozens of different titles, all of which tended to be quite wordy.
I probably never even used mine in a classroom.
