Math-Kitecture is about students drafting floor plans to learn about math and architecture. This classroom floor plan made it to a 3D print!

We Went to Tweed!

The Tweed Courthouse is a stunning building in lower Manhattan, filled with architectural delights. When it was finally renovated back in 2002, it was closed off from the public and occupied by the upper echelons of the Board of Education. (This author briefly worked there during that time.)

Krazy ‘Katecture at the MOMA

A recent math and art workshop brought me to Manhattan’s Museum of Modern Art. There I had the opportunity to see many models made with mind-melting minutia. The maker? Mr. Bodys Isek Kingelez.
