I have been doing outreach for the Hands & Tools program and went to the Makerspace NYC facilities in the Brooklyn Army Terminal

The BAT is unique in Brooklyn, and words do not describe the interior of the space.

Anywho, the Makerspace NYC is on the first floor, and comprises many different studios, including machine shop, wood shop, textiles, leather work, 3D printing, electronics, welding, clay, student classrooms and more.
